What is a perfume tester?
A tester is the exact same fragrance as the full retail perfume — the juice inside is identical. The only difference is the packaging: testers come in plain, simple boxes (originally made for store display) instead of decorative retail boxes. Because you pay less for packaging, testers cost noticeably less.
Is a tester perfume original?
Yes. The fragrance in a tester is not diluted or changed in any way — it is the same scent, same concentration as the boxed version. Only the outer packaging is simpler.
Why are testers cheaper than the boxed perfume?
You are paying for the fragrance, not the fancy box, ornate cap, or gift packaging. That is why testers are usually priced lower while giving you the same scent experience.
